About Vadym

Vadym Stoliarov is a quality and operations executive with over 12 years of experience designing and leading QA functions across international markets.

Before joining Simply Contact, he held senior quality leadership roles at large BPOs, where he managed teams of 40+ QA specialists and built end-to-end quality systems across complex contact centre operations.

Vadym’s track record: a 15% increase in CSAT, 20% reduction in AHT, and 10% productivity gains delivered through governance framework design, structured capacity planning, and rigorous SLA performance management. He has been recognised three times for operational excellence, reflecting both the consistency and the scale of what he has built.

At Simply Contact, Vadym heads quality strategy from Kraków, overseeing the full QA function across the company. He defines quality standards, establishes KPI frameworks and dashboards for senior management visibility, leads capacity planning for the QA department, and works directly with clients and leadership to drive continuous improvement.
