Senior Sales Manager — Northern Europe (Netherlands & Nordics)

Simply Contact is an outsourcing contact center with international experience. Our company has been in the industry for 12 years and has nearly 850 employees across four locations in Ukraine and internationally.

We are looking for a Senior Sales Manager — Northern Europe (Netherlands & Nordics) to join our team.

  1. Requirements
    • 3+ years of experience in B2B sales or business development within the Netherlands and/or Nordic region;
    • Experience in selling complex services or solutions is required (BPO, CX outsourcing, staffing, IT services, etc.);
    • Proven experience in managing long sales cycles and enterprise-level negotiations;
    • Strong consultative sales, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills;
    • Ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers;
    • English proficiency — fluent;
    • Dutch proficiency — native or fluent;
    • Knowledge of one of the Nordic languages would be a strong advantage.
  2. Responsibilities
    • Developing new B2B partnerships with enterprise and mid-market clients across the Netherlands and Nordic region;
    • Working with potential and existing clients, identifying new business opportunities, preparing commercial proposals, and leading contract negotiations and signing processes;
    • Building long-term relationships with clients and acting as a trusted advisor by understanding their business needs and operational challenges;
    • Managing long-cycle B2B sales processes, including participation in tenders and RFPs;
    • Conducting client meetings, negotiations, and business trips within the assigned region when required;
    • Representing the company at industry conferences, exhibitions, and networking events.
