Simply Contact is an outsourcing contact center with international experience. Our company has been in the industry for 12 years and has nearly 700 employees across four locations in Ukraine and internationally.
We’re actively growing and are looking for a proactive and self-motivated Customer support manager for one of Europe’s leading airlines.

Requirements

Speak German and English at a B2/C1 level

Have strong communication skills, a desire to learn and grow, and can quickly grasp new information

Have experience in customer support (a plus, but not required)

Responsibilities

Provide written support to German-speaking customers via ticket system

Help customers with questions about orders, delivery, payment, or technical product issues

Deliver a high-quality customer experience for users of the brand
