As the year wraps up, we’re closing it on a high note: Simply Contact earned the Bronze Award in the Best BPO Partnership category at the European Contact Centre & Customer Service Awards 2025.
The ECCCSAs are the most respected awards in the European customer contact industry. In their twenty-fifth year, they remain the longest running and largest program of their kind. The judging process is known for its depth, so winning an ECCCSA often feels like taking home an Oscar. This year’s ceremony took place at Evolution in Central London on November twenty-five and brought together leading organizations from across Europe.

Our recognition comes from the results we delivered with Ditto Music. Together, we built a support team that understands both operational demands and the realities of the music world.
