Gold Winner: Best Crisis Management Approach

We are pleased to announce that on November 22, 2022, Simply Contact became the Gold winner in the Best Crisis Management Approach nomination from the world-renowned European Contact Center & Customer Service Awards program.

The European Contact Center & Customer Service Awards (ECCCSAs) is the longest-running and largest awards program in the customer service industry. The program recognizes organizations across Europe leading the way in providing exceptional customer service.

Award Evening

This award took place in the city of London, where nominees from all over the world, and representatives of the customer service industry gathered. It is important to note that our Head of Business Development in Europe - Jacek Koput - was personally present at this event. He was stunned that our victory was greeted with a standing ovation and, accordingly, the entire Simply Contact company was touched by such support from colleagues and other nominees.

Proven Efficiency of Operations

We would like to emphasize that this is not just another award for the company, it is an extremely important title in such a difficult time for our country. A professional jury and experts in the field of customer service identified our approach to crisis management as the best. An important role in this was played by our decisive actions in the first months of the war, the fact of preserving all existing projects, jobs, attracting new partners, and significant support of our employees. Thanks to a clear plan of action and efficiency of work processes, we managed not only to "stay afloat" during the war, but also to confidently move forward, grow and develop.

During the war period, our Ukrainian offices actively continued to work, providing employees with jobs and clients with high-quality support. The work went on smoothly, despite the dangerous conditions in different regions. And the result of this painstaking work was the opening of the first office outside of Ukraine - in the city of Warsaw, Poland, where about 50 agents are currently actively working.
