Simply Contact Named Silver Globee® Winner for Excellence in Technology

Today, we’re proud to announce our second achievement with the Globee Business Award this year. Simply Contact has been named a Silver Globee® Winner in the 2025 Globee® Awards for Technology for our AI-powered voice assistant that resolves 100% of customer calls within 30 seconds.

This competition honors the most innovative and effective technology solutions, and the award celebrates standout performance, creativity, and real-world impact on businesses. To earn the Silver distinction, entrants must receive an average score between 8.0 and 8.9 from a panel of independent judges.

Strong competition

This year, we were in excellent company. Amazon Web Services (AWS) took the top spot in our category. We proudly outperformed strong contenders, some of which are recognized names in customer support. This highlights the strength of our solution and our growing position in the market.
