About Oleh

Oleh Filipovskyi is a Project Manager at Simply Contact, where he has spent nearly seven years building deep expertise in customer support operations. He progressed from frontline agent to one of the company’s key delivery leaders in the mobility and transportation sector.

Oleh joined Simply Contact in 2015 as a Senior Customer Service Associate, working with a UK-based client and accumulating hands-on experience in day-to-day support operations. He went on to become a Senior Ticketing Agent, gaining a detailed understanding of ticketing procedures from the travel agency side.

He then grew into a Team Lead role, where he developed a broad operational skill set spanning public speaking, analytics, forecasting, root cause analysis, team building, process mapping, quality control, journey mapping, and multilingual team management. He also gained international working experience at Sonoco in Poland in a quality control capacity, adding a cross-border, multilingual dimension to his professional background.

Now, Oleh is also the Project Manager on record for one of Simply Contact’s most significant long-term partnerships—a technology sector client whose support operation was scaled from 12,000 to 110,000 monthly requests within six months, expanded across Poland, Romania, and Moldova with 250+ agents handling requests in four languages, and has now been running continuously for over five years.

He has also contributed to case studies and client work in the logistics sector, drawing on his operational experience to address the specific challenges of delivery and supply chain support.
