Airline Customer Support Representative (German-speaking)

We are actively growing and expanding our team of customer support representatives for one of Europe’s top airlines.

Requirements
- Upper-intermediate German level, Intermediate English level
- A desire to learn new things and an interest in the aviation and travel industries
- Empathy, sociability, responsibility, growth, and result orientation
Responsibilities
- Assist passengers with flight bookings (modifications, cancellations). Incoming call line and written correspondence
- Advise clients on airline services
- Address issues related to flight cancellations and delays
