Airline Customer Support Representative (English-speaking)


Simply Contact is an outsourcing contact center with international experience.

We are actively growing and expanding our team of customer support representatives for one of Europe’s top airlines.

  1. Requirements
    • Upper-intermediate (B2) or above English level
    • A desire to learn new things and an interest in the aviation and travel industries
    • Empathy, sociability, responsibility, growth, and result orientation
  2. Responsibilities
    • Assist passengers with flight bookings (modifications, cancellations). Incoming call line and written correspondence
    • Advise clients on airline services
    • Address issues related to flight cancellations and delays
  3. We offer
    • Competitive salary. Fixed monthly payment + monthly bonus
    • Adjustable schedule: 5/2 with rotating weekends. Working hours are between 9 a.m. to 11 p.m., with shifts from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. or 2 p.m. to 11 p.m.
