Throughout its decade-long history, Simply Contact was recognized by Clutch as the global outsourced customer support services leader in 2021, one of the best outsourced customer support services in the world in 2021, top customer service outsourcing in 2022, and included in the Top 1000 global companies in 2022.

Growing in Challenging Conditions

The year 2022 proved to be challenging both for the Ukrainian people and Simply Contact. The war that broke out in Ukraine has drastically disrupted the normal pace of life and work. However, thanks to the unwavering professionalism, cohesion, and unity of our incredible team, it transformed into a year of resilience and growth. Despite facing various difficulties, Simply Contact has successfully ensured the safety of all employees and continued to work on all our projects without interruption, ensuring our clients didn’t experience any disruptions. Moreover, we have taken a bold step onto international territory by opening our very first contact center in Poland.

Our strength, and ability to handle challenging situations and provide uninterrupted service at all times were recognized by ECCCSA (European Contact Center & Customer Service Awards). Simply Contact was awarded as the Gold Winner in the Best Crisis Management Approach category. Also, we are proud to have been named finalists for the prestigious ICMI award for Best Outsourcing Provider and the ECCCSA award for Best Outsourced Contact Center in 2022. ​​
