One of the biggest international wholesaler companies METRO Cash & Carry Ukraine has teamed up with Simply Contact to create a client-oriented call center. Simply Contact’s experts have already begun to work on the implementation and full development of METRO's contact center.

All these activities help customers get immediate feedback with complete product information, accounting and return issues, complaints, offers of potential partnerships, and much more.
