Simply Contact, an international outsourcing contact center, joins PACE - The Professional Association for Customer Engagement.
PACE is a non-profit trade association dedicated to customer service. It aims to help companies and their teams stay current with the latest technology advancements, new regulations, and trends in the contact center industry.
The membership includes industry discussions and events, education courses, and certifications, which provide educational opportunities for contact center managers, supervisors, QA, and the workforce.
