Empowering customer support across Europe and beyond

Since we were founded back in 2013, we have stood by our vision to simplify and improve customer service for top companies worldwide.

We opened 4 offices in Ukraine covering the center, western, and eastern regions of the country. With time, we expanded our company to several key European locations. Starting with Poland, where we opened an office in Warsaw, we have now established additional offices in the UK, Bulgaria, Romania, and Moldova. Simply Contact is constantly evolving and opening new delivery centers to provide access to a pool of highly educated talents.
