We’re actively growing and are looking for a proactive and self-motivated Customer support manager for one of Europe’s leading airlines.
Speak German and English at a B2/C1 level
Have strong communication skills, a desire to learn and grow, and can quickly grasp new information
Have experience in customer support (a plus, but not required)
Provide written support to German-speaking customers via ticket system
Help customers with questions about orders, delivery, payment, or technical product issues
Deliver a high-quality customer experience for users of the brand
