Winners were announced during a gala event attended by more than 400 professionals from around the world at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas, Nevada on Friday, March 3.
This year's Stevie Awards for Sales and Customer Service received a huge number of entries from organizations around the world - more than 2,300 nominations from companies of all sizes and industries in 49 countries and territories. The nominations were judged by more than 170 professionals on seven specialized judging committees.
The winners were selected based on the average scores given by the judges, who evaluated the nominees' achievements in customer service, contact centers, business development and sales.
