Simply Contact Announces Lukasz Gebski as New Managing Director for EMEA

Simply Contact does not stop in its expansion aimed at becoming one of the key players on the BPO market in the CEE region.

Recently, Łukasz Gębski, a seasoned leader with 34 years of work experience, including over 25 years in management roles at high-level positions in Fortune 500 companies, joined the Simply Contact team. His expertise spans the financial sector, e-commerce, and BPO/SSC/CX business, where he has demonstrated transformation management skills and adaptability to new challenges.

Previously, Łukasz successfully managed the development of Aramtis Polska and then Teleperformance Polska for 10 years. Now, he will support the expansion of Simply Contact in Poland and the region with his operational knowledge and extensive business contacts. 

In addition to his active professional involvement in business, Łukasz Gebski PhD is a lecturer at the Warsaw School of Economics. Thanks to this unique mix of professional experience and didactic skills, Lukasz has been among the leading lecturers at SGH for many years. His research results are published in leading scientific journals and presented at international conferences.
