1. Requirements
   • At least 1 year of experience in recruitment
   • Familiarity with active sourcing methods (job boards, social media)
   • English proficiency at B2 level or higher
   • Confident use of Excel, Google Docs, and CRM tools
   • Responsible and detail-oriented
   • Flexible, proactive, empathetic, and result-driven
   • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
2. Responsibilities
   • Actively sourcing candidates, including for high-volume recruitment (customer support managers, support specialists)
   • Managing the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, conducting online and offline interviews, providing feedback
   • Maintaining and updating the candidate database in the CRM system
   • Ensuring fast and transparent communication with candidates throughout all recruitment stages
   • Meeting recruitment deadlines and planned KPIs
   • Monitoring and analyzing the job market and exploring new sourcing channels
   • Participating in onboarding programs for new employees (from day one through the end of the probation period)
