1. Requirements
   • University degree, experience in customer support;
   • English at an upper-intermediate level or higher;
   • Negotiation skills;
   • Analytical skills;
   • Customer orientation, proactivity, ability to learn quickly.
2. Responsibilities
   • Activity planning: organization of staffing, training, technical support and project development;
   • Budgeting: preparing budget data and monitoring its implementation;
   • Mutual settlements: checking and conducting mutual settlements with the customer, controlling the payment of bills;
   • Business meetings: preparing and participating in Weekly/Monthly Business Review, Weekly Status Meet, as well as participating in scheduled company meetings and attending meetings held by Team Lead with their teams;
   • Management processes: building and managing processes on the project, generating documentation, regularly analyzing the project’s work, organizing, coordinating and motivating the work of the support team;
   • Communication: creating an effective system of communication and feedback on the project;
   • Scheduling: working with scheduling changes, monitoring their compliance with the workload forecast and other aspects.
