1. Requirements
   • 1+ years of experience in marketing or SMM
   • Fluent English (written and spoken)
   • Strong writing and communication skills
   • Ability to conduct research and translate insights into action
   • Organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple tasks independently
   • Team player with a proactive, can-do attitude. Ability to take ownership of tasks.
   • Experience growing a LinkedIn presence from scratch
   • Previous work experience in tech or outsourcing industries
2. Responsibilities
   • Conduct market research to identify trends, audience needs, and growth opportunities
   • Create engaging, high-quality content for our website, social media, email campaigns, and other marketing materials
   • Manage and execute a content calendar across channels, ensuring consistent messaging and timely delivery
   • Grow our social media presence (especially LinkedIn), writing posts that resonate with our B2B audience
   • Track, analyze, and report on social media and campaign performance, providing insights and improvement ideas
   • Support PR activities: write press releases, coordinate interviews, publish expert comments, and collaborate with media outlets and blogs
   • Take part in the organization of the company’s participation in industry events, both online and offline
   • Work with designers to ensure all marketing assets reflect a consistent and professional visual identity
   • Manage website content updates and monitor performance metrics
