1. Requirements
   • 2+ years of experience in internal communications, HR marketing, or SMM
   • Fluent spoken and written English (B2 or higher)
   • Clear and empathetic communication, both written and verbal
   • Preferred: experience with Canva, Figma, PowerPoint, or similar tools
   • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multitasking projects
   • Proactive mindset, initiative, and analytical thinking
   • Preferred: experience working with international teams
2. Responsibilities
   • Maintain and develop internal communication channels: email newsletters, internal platforms, corporate Facebook page
   • Manage Instagram and other external SMM channels to support employer branding
   • Create presentations, digests, articles, and video content
   • Design internal memos, infographics, branded templates in Canva/Figma
   • Provide organizational and informational support for corporate initiatives
   • Organize online and offline events: corporate celebrations, meetups, team buildings
   • Launch surveys and pulse checks, analyze engagement, and provide improvement recommendations
   • Prepare regular reports on key metrics or company initiatives
   • Work closely with HR, marketing, IT, and other departments and projects
