Sales Manager B2B (full cycle)


Simply Contact is an outsourcing contact center with international experience.

Due to the expansion of our sales department, we are inviting a Sales Manager to join our team.

  1. Requirements
    • At least 3 years of B2B sales experience in European markets
    • Experience in selling complex products or services
    • Charismatic, approachable, and proactive
    • Sales expertise, with the ability to understand client needs and engage effectively
    • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
    • Upper-intermediate (B2) or above English level; Polish, German, or other languages will be an advantage
  2. Responsibilities
    • Identifying new clients for the company
    • Managing incoming leads
    • Conducting company presentations to clients
    • Meeting with clients (European companies) when necessary
    • Participating in conferences and tenders
    • Growing sales across European countries
    • Being responsible for sales in the selected region
    • Finding partners and interacting with them
    • Cross-functional interaction with company departments
