   • You are currently studying or have graduated with a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Information Technology, Human Resources, Psychology, or similar
   • You have a high-advanced level of English (B2-C1)
   • You are a self-starter, take initiative and bring new ideas
   • You are detail-oriented and you have a curiosity to learn new things
   • You make connections with people easily and have excellent communication skills, you love to make an impact and help other people
   • You are committed to achieving the best quality and you are results-driven

2. Responsibilities
   • Sourcing and hunting of candidates (Cabin Crew, Sales, Marketing, Product positions)
   • Search and implementation of new sourcing channels
   • Advertisement of vacancies
   • An executive search of candidates
   • Developing an understanding of the LinkedIn tools
