Simply Contact is an outsourcing contact center with international experience. Our company has been in the industry for 11 years and has nearly 600 employees across four locations in Ukraine and internationally.

We are actively growing and expanding our team. We invite a proactive and creative Personnel Assessment Manager to join us.



  1. Requirements
    • Knowledge of HR processes: Deep understanding of personnel assessment methods, talent pool development, development of training programs;
    • Strong communication skills: Ability to effectively communicate with employees at all levels, resolve conflicts, and provide feedback.
    • Organizational skills: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and make decisions in uncertain situations.
    • English language: Proficient in both spoken and written English.
  2. Responsibilities
    • Personnel assessment: Conducting regular evaluation sessions for employees at various levels using modern assessment methods (360-degree feedback, competency-based interviews, assessment centers, etc.).
    • Talent pool: Establishing and maintaining an up-to-date talent pool, creating individual development plans for employees included in the pool.
    • Needs analysis: Collaborating with department heads to identify personnel development needs, and planning training and development programs accordingly.
    • People Partner role: Providing support to employees in matters of career development, adaptation, motivation, and conflict resolution. Conducting regular communications with projects and teams. Facilitating the creation of a positive corporate culture.
    • Change management: Supporting the team during organizational changes, ensuring employee adaptation to new working conditions.
