Operations Analyst (English-speaking)


Simply Contact is an outsourcing contact center with international experience.

Due to the expansion of our department, we invite an analyst to join our team.

  1. Requirements
    • A degree in Mathematics, Business Analytics, Economics, or a related field
    • At least 1 year of experience in business analytics or a similar role
    • At least 2 years of experience as a Workforce Management (WFM) manager
    • Proficiency in spoken English at a B2 level or higher
    • A deep understanding of business processes and KPI systems
    • Analytical skills and the ability to work with data, including a good knowledge of statistics, mathematical methods, and multivariate analysis
    • Communication skills to interact with various levels of employees within the organization
    • Proficiency in analytical tools, including Microsoft Excel, SQL, and BI systems
    • The ability to initiate and implement improvements and optimizations in business processes
  2. Responsibilities
    • Understanding internal processes: Dive deep into the company’s business processes, including analyzing the structure and function of all departments. The goal is to fully understand the relationships between processes
    • Optimizing business processes: Actively seek ways to optimize business processes, improve efficiency, and reduce costs. Additionally, be responsible for implementing recommendations, including continuous monitoring and targeted impact on changes in work procedures
    • Driving change: Act as a catalyst for change within key projects, ensuring their successful implementation and alignment with strategic goals
    • Monitoring KPIs: Develop a deep understanding of the project’s Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), focusing on strategically important areas. Systematically track KPI dynamics and analyze trends to identify potential changes
    • Analyzing reports: Systematically analyze daily and hourly reports to identify not only low performance but also potential distortions in data interpretation. In case of anomalies, actively interact with responsible employees to determine causes and develop corrective measures aimed at improving report quality
    • Staff calculations and planning: Conduct analyses related to staff planning and overall workload, based on trends in workloads and other input data. This includes determining the optimal number of employees, developing work schedules, and forecasting staffing needs
