1. Requirements
   • Higher education and 2+ years of experience as a business trainer/methodologist of training materials/training specialist.
   • Advanced PC user: Excel, PowerPoint.
   • English: High proficiency in both spoken and written English.
   • Knowledge of various teaching methods, forms, and technologies.
   • Experience in developing and conducting training programs and public speaking.
   • Significant experience working with distance learning platforms and LMS.
   • Excellent communication skills, responsibility, attention to detail, teamwork skills, self-organization, and the ability to work with large amounts of information.
2. Responsibilities
   • Training program development: Creating and implementing effective training programs focused on manager development, soft skills, and providing methodological support in developing product-related training sessions.
   • Conducting trainings: Organizing and conducting training sessions for employees at various levels.
   • Training effectiveness evaluation: Designing and conducting assessments of employees’ knowledge and skills following the completion of training programs.
   • Learning platform development: Supporting and developing the company’s learning platform and overseeing the continuous learning system’s operation.
   • New employee onboarding: Developing and delivering individual and group onboarding programs for new employees.
   • Training needs analysis: Identifying employee training needs based on their performance and feedback.
