Chief Operating Officer (COO)

Simply Contact is an outsourcing contact center with international experience. Our company has been in the industry for 11 years and has nearly 600 employees across four locations in Ukraine and internationally.

We are looking for a proactive and self-motivated COO. As COO of Simply Contact, you will be actively involved in strategic planning and day-to-day operations.



  1. Requirements
    • Experience in COO role in B2B service, customer support segment. (more than 3 years);
    • Knowledge of the field of outsourcing services;
    • Understanding of outsourced contact center processes;
    • Fluent written and spoken English;
    • Possess strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
  2. Responsibilities
    • Develop, implement, and continuously improve operational strategies, processes, and systems that support the company’s rapid growth and long-term success;
    • Lead the scaling efforts to support the company’s growth ambitions;
    • Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of high-impact projects that drive operational efficiencies, cost savings, and improved client experiences;
    • Oversee day-to-day operations across projects, ensuring operational efficiency and effectiveness;
    • Implement processes and systems that enhance productivity, scalability, and customer satisfaction;
    • Build and refine services and processes that are easy to use, understand, and deliver ultimate effectiveness;
    • Promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation;
    • Lead and develop a high-performing team to achieve strategic goals;
    • Promote an ultra-proactive approach to problem-solving and execution;
    • Ensure that the delivery of our services supporting functions provides an exceptional customer experience;
    • Leverage AI and other advanced technologies to enhance the customer journey and operational efficiency;
    • Work closely with the CEO, executive team, and other stakeholders to align operational strategies with overall business goals;
    • Ensure effective communication and collaboration across all departments and regions;
    • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor operational performance and drive continuous improvement;
    • Provide regular reports to the CEO and board on operational achievements, challenges, and strategic initiatives;
    • Actively contribute to the executive leadership team’s strategic planning and decision-making processes.
